Joining Urgent Team has been a highly rewarding start to a career in Healthcare. The company values its employees. I have been provided opportunities to sharpen and diversify my skill sets from a front desk position to clinic management and now Sr. management. This has allowed me to continue to grow expeditiously in not only this field of work but as a person. One of the most enjoyable parts of my job is the interaction with people from all walks of life.

I take pride in being a part of Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care. Our goal is to provide every patient with compassionate care from start to finish. I enjoy coming to work each day because of my amazing co-workers. I am pleased to assist patients and listen to their concerns. I also enjoy having some days off during the week to attend appointments or taking care of personal business.

I am very proud to be a part of the Baptist Health Urgent Care/Urgent Team organization. I have been at the Russellville clinic since 2018 and have established so many relationships with my patients that they feel like family when they come in to see me. My coworkers are some of the best people that I have ever worked with and help to make my job as the provider so much easier, and I’m so thankful for them. I feel like everyone who works here truly cares about our patients and enjoy coming to work to better serve our community.

With my 30 years in healthcare, 6 years being with Urgent Team, working with an organization that focuses on providing quality patient care and an excellent customer experience has always been top priority to me. I feel very blessed to be a part of such an amazing group of team members whom I consider family, along with top-notch leaders who mentor and strive to ensure my success.
